English Language Training at Whatcom Community College

Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA offers an exciting Intensive English Language Program (IELP)
for interested individuals to develop the required English skills to enter a college degree program
or to succeed in the English-speaking workplace.
The program consists of 20 hours of instruction weekly, an activities program,
and a wide variety of support services. There are eight 5-week sessions each year.
